Children of the Mekong runs a charity shop in Clapham/Battersea, South West London. We provide good quality and affordable second-hand items to the local community. All proceedings from the shop go towards the charity and this is a great way to raise funds for our education programmes in Southeast Asia.
We sell a great selection of donated goods like clothes, books, DVDs, bric-a-brac and toys.
The shop is run by a team of volunteers and interns. Join us to make a difference!

Boost your donation with Gift Aid!
Did you know that by becoming a Gift Aid Donor, you can help Children of the Mekong send more children to school? The HM Revenue and customs (HMRC) allows registered charities to claim back 25% of donations received from individual tax paying donors on the price of items sold. Therefore, if you are a UK Tax payer, and would like to become a Gift Aid Donor, you simply need to complete the Gift Aid Donor form (click here), so that for every £10 we sell an item for, we can claim back £2.50 from the government, and therefore we received £12.50.
Visit the HMRC website for more information.
