Ban Navay is a remote and poor village in the province of Vientiane (Laos). For many years, villagers have been asking for a preschool to be built, which would enable them to entrust their your children with a suitable carer and start their education earlier. This project will help providing access to preschool education to more than 60 children every year and ensuring them longer schooling.
More than that, it will allow children to acquire basic community life and hygiene rules.
Basically, this project consists in the construction of 3 new classrooms dedicated to preschool children adjacent to the primary school.
The high level of poverty in isolated villages and the limited government’s education budget stand for a huge obstacle for children’s future.
Ban Navay’s project is aimed at overcoming this obstacle, providing fundamentals for a brighter future.
